Reinventing Your Exit
Hollywood, land of the rich and famous, a place that many can only dream about, a place where most of us mortals wants to be, right? I mean, who wouldn't want to make millions of dollars per movie? Who wouldn't want to have their face all over the media and have people asking for autographs? It surely sounds like a great life and for many people, becoming just as famous as the 'A list' celebrities is their biggest dream. But there a catch in all that life style, after a while it gets tiring and those actors, singers and models just need a place to relax and recharge their batteries before going to yet another job. A place where they can be themselves without having to about people fallowing them, and there's where Ocean Shore comes.
Ocean Shore is a relatively small town in the coast of Southern California. The town is surrounded by amazing beaches, beautiful parks, great night spots, huge mansions and a friendly people. And it also turned out to be the getaway for many celebrities that want some time off. It started out with just a few actors spending weeks at the Sunshine Bay Resort, but with time more and more Hollywood starts started to come and some even choose the beach town as their new home. The townies easily got used to the famous people walking among them and the famous were left alone. Even before the Hollywood exodus Ocean Shore already had a artist shade to itself, with many art galleries around the town and it wasn't hard to find some painter doing their craft at the boardwalk, with the sea.
But the town wasn't just about fun and games, it was also the home of one of the best schools at the west coast, Ocean Shore Academy. And those famous people, that by now where actually famous parents, saw it as the perfect opportunity to give their kids a great school and a great life style. The Academy works as both a day school and a boarding school, offering dorms for those kids whose family doesn't actually live in Ocean Shore. The school has the best test scores and offers a huge catalog of sports and clubs. It's tough to get in and you really got to have money to maintain yourself there, but for those who aren't so fortuned, the school offerers many scholarships every year.
Now, the school is full with kids with famous last names, kids that just want to have fun and enjoy their lives separated from what their parents are. Ocean Shore is the paradise for some of this kids and a hell for others, but one thing that none can deny is that the place offers a lot to do. Ocean Shore Academy has its fair share of break ups and make ups, fights, parties, sex, books, backstabbing, drunken nights, cries and laughs, and everything that makes high school high school. And the streets of Ocean Shore still have a lot to see from these kids who are only trying to REINVENTING THEIR EXIT.
